Accesspoint reading "No Server"

Hi all - this is probably really basic but I promise i've read all the relevant posts in this section and none help me.

I'm trying to view my files through access point so that I can send them out to a field force but I get the "No Server" message.

Attached is the message I'm getting. I've been through points 1 - 3 and check with our IT support that they are all correct, and as I'm within the network at HQ I don't think it's the fourth one.

Attached also are my root path directories in case it's that?

Any help greatfully recieved.

There is a lot of information you are leaving out. Can you post the QVS event.log? Is your server license up todate and has it been applied. What happens when you go to http://localhost/qlikview on the server?
