Application hangs, no selections can be made

Hello,

i have one application who hang after some times of utilisation, no selection possible after

The application is acceded via IE plugin.

The only solution is to reload the application.

Hi ,

Checked the shared  file of the report . There might be a chance that some of the object was corrupted , so defragment the file and then replace it in reporting/root folder with original one.

It might help you.

Note:- Kindly keep the backup of original file for you future reference.

The simple out for this... make use of the application by making an initial selection like year,region etc etc...these problems do comes accross when the data is large or rather containing million of records.. make an initial selection and then explore your QV App

Are you using some big conditional expressions ??

Reason why i am asking you this is because i have also faced this issue . I had a chart(straight table) in my application , which has a million rows . Because of a conditional expression i was using in it , i faced this problem ..

If you are having such big expression , please try to write that in your backend than in the front end ..

But i have optimize my application and it the same thing.

The problem append now on another application, who have no problem before.

I am lost ....
