Migration to QlikView 11 from QlikView 10

We are planning to migrate our QlikView Server to QlikView 11 from QlikView 10. Please could you advise the things we should taken care or the steps to do that.

Thanks for the documents.

I have done the below task and faced a issue. details given below...

1) Saved a existing report which was developed in QlikView SR4 in QlikView 11.
2) While opening the report it is showing Total which was not there previously.  This is happening only for the bar graphs (Grouped).
  

Note: To remove this we have to go to Dimension Limits and untick the Show Total.

Please could you let us know how to avoid this and will there be any issues like this?
