Dynamic Limits in Gauge Chart

Hi,

In my project there is a requirement to calculate Simple Moving average for Stocks and same needs to be displayed in the Guage Chart. The Green, Amber and Red segment I need to set the values dynamically. How should I set the Min and Max with respect to the Segments in the Guage chart?

Any help or thoughs on the same will be help.

Regards,

Amit Somani

On the presentation tab, you can remove the checkmark on Autowidth Segments. You can then enter expressions for the min, max, and where each segment starts. If you already knew that, and need help with the expressions themselves, I'll need more detail.

Amit,

(if you are still following this hot discussion...)

Min, Max, as well as Segment boundaries are all Expressions, and you can use any calculations you want there. For the segment boundaries, you might need to uncheck "Autowidth Segments", as John rightfully suggested.

Oleg
