Automatic removal of last document state upon refresh

Hi experts,

Is it possible to automatically remove document state of a particular document whenever it is refreshed in the server?

I want the users to always see the homepage or sheet 1 whenever the document is opened after the latest refresh.

Thanks,

Kiran

Shri,

What would those triggers look like?  Would it have to be an extensive macro or actions?

Define action from Settings/Document Properties

Set action in Triggers tab onPostReloadit will help

Also  select Active Sheet Option from Action and add Sheet ID. It should work

it does not.  even with the on post reload and on open both having actions to the same tab, the document state is still held when a user enters an application.  We need a "remove last document state" to be part of the triggers, or an option in QMC to not always ignore last document state.

Hi Itravnicek,

Could you please tell me how I can make “Remove last document state” a part of the triggers?

Is there any way I can automate this? I need the document state to be removed everything the dashboard is refreshed on the server.

Thanks,

K
