Unable to see any services or anything on management console when logged on locally.

I'm directly logged onto the qliview server and can access management console, but I cannot see any of the servies, users, licenses etc.  I'm setup as a system administrator have all privileges.

When I access the management console through URL :http://Servername:4780/qmc/Default.htm all the details are displayed.

can anyone explain.

Can you post some printscreens? I don't really understand what's happening. Also, can you please check the QlikView logfiles and windows event viewer for any errors?

this is my screenshot i'm expecting to see tasks on this screen. None of the tabs/options show any information., but if I access through internet explorer using this url http://QLIKVIEWSERVER:4780/qmc/ServiceStatusOverview.htm
