Unable to delete User Cals with lowercase letters

We have just upgraded our QV Server from 8.01 to 8.50 and we have found that the existing User CALs with lowercase letters in the names are no longer recognised. New CALs are created with uppercase letters for existing users when they log on. This has meant we have now run out of CALs and we are not able to delete the CALs with lowercase letters. When we try to delete the lowercase CALs they wont budge. However we are able to delete Uppercase CALs without a problem. We have tried restarting the service without success.

This is a known problem in this upgrade. Contact Support for assistance in deleting the old CALs.
