Is there a way to do a prorated calculation without adding to script?

Hello,

I'm working on a similar issue with this link: http://community.qlik.com/message/330465#330465

But - I'm wondering if there's a way to do a Prorated calculation based on a Start Date. The date model has an Activity table - the Employee joined by Employee ID and the calendar joined to the Activity table by date.  Here's what I have thus far and it results in a static number, which is correct - but if someone starts in a year (say 2012), I need to prorate the days available based on when a sales rep started:

aggr(sum(TOTAL([Available Days])),[Date],[Sales Rep],[Date Year],[Employee Start Date],[Employee ID])

Thanks in advance

Neal
