Problem with chart sort order; different in developer and at AccessPoint

Hi!

I have a problem with chart sort order. It diffs in developer compared to when viewed at AccessPoint.

It occurs in bar and line charts with double dimensions (eg. time and some more).

If i put eg. sort by letter A-Z in a text dimension or numeric ascending in a numeric dimension, as soon as i publish and open in accessPoint the sort order is not the same as in developer tool. No reload in between, only publish.

Anyone encountered this issue?

Yes, we're seeing the same problem. Sort order not the same between developer tool and AccessPoint. Also getting values in AccessPoint when 'Suppress When Value is null' in the tool.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Guys,

We are also experiencing the same thing.  Not only the sorting but even the colors are jumbling or is not consistent with the measure across the other graphs. 

If you look at it in the desktop version, everything seems to be working.

Please help.

For us, the problem was that we had different version of the QV-plugin installed at different users.
