Services QV don't wan't to start.

Hi,

First i wan't to say, i'm french and it's my first time i post on a english community.

So please don't be afraid of my orthographe.

So my problem is simple.

I instal QV server 11.2 SR1 on différente server, but on one sevices QV don't want to start and this message apared :

I cheked the user (QVAdmin) but he is member of all the group for the instal.

I can't find what else cause this problem.

Hi,

Is this account a domain account or a local account? What does the Distribution log shows?

This account also needs rights "log on as a bach Job" in local Security Polices

thank you for the response but i don't understand a lot of things.

First , how to recognize a domain account of a local account ?

Second what is the Distribution log ?
