List Assigned Named CALs

Hello, it is possible to read the list of users that have licenses allocated in the QVS (Named CALs) and allocated in document (Document CALs).

I need de Name and Last Used in a table format to read in a App QV.

This is possible?

QlikView Server 9 is not supported in this tool, unfortunately.

Any other easier way to do a mass Named User CAL assignment that you know of?  I need to enter about 300 new Named users into the system and I don't want to do it manually.  And I can't let the system automatically assign CAL's since we have about 700 total users that until now were competing for 21 named users, 8 session and 200 usage cal's.  We want to give these new 300 named users to the top 300 most active qlikview users in our environment.

Thanks a lot.

Thank you Stefan. Can you please confirm what information I can have by using Qv-User-Manager 11 for CALs? I found I can only have User Name, Last Used, QuanrantinedUntil, Document and server. I can't know how many CALs in total, used and left.

I have the same findings. If this is the only given, if a document say ABC.qvw has 20 assigned Doc CALS and no one has access it yet, it would show blank or zero. This is misleading.

Hi Stefan,

Please help.

Total CALs can be loaded from lef.txt file. Used number can be calculated by count(CAL User name) from power tool.
