Using dimensions as a filter

How can i use the pivot dimensions as a filter for quick acces to dimensions.

For filter ,You could use list box.Take the dimention in list box "field".

I have 4 level dimensions on the pivot table.

Level1, Level2, Level3, Level4.

I want to use these dimensions like a list box filter..

and I want to expand the desired level dimension on these filters.

hi,

Try this:

goto presentation tab.. there just select the dimension and check the Dropdown select checkbox.

Thank you very much, but unfortunately not helping.

There are so many records in each dimension and i don' t want to see these records on the dropdown menu.

I want to see only desired level dimension to expand.
