change the scale of Y-axis from percentage to numeric

Hi All,

          I just want to show numeric values as my Y-axis and my  expression should show percentages ....

is there is way to put scale as numeric values but expression values in percentage

plz help ...i'm attaching the sample application ...

in main Sheet we have one  stacked bar chart (with expression values in percentages) . here Yaxis is showing percenatges

in next sheet we have same stacked bar chart (with expression values in number) here Y-axis is numeric values.

but my requirement is i want numeric values in yaxis scale and in my stacked bar chart it should show expresion.

i need my y-axis scale tobe like 0 -450 which is in sheet -2 but values should be like relative percentage for that region...

Any help ??
