Governance Dashboard - Assigned named and Document CALs

Hi Guys,

In Governance Dashboard, is there any object that provides a list of CURRENT assigned Users /CAL Type? (Leased Licenses)

I saw the fields "Authenticated Users" and "CAL Type" but that provides all authenticated users including old assignments...

Hi Aldo,

N0, the dashboard doesn't read the PGO files. You can use the Powertools for that. You can find information on them here.

I would expect such a tool (Governance) to allow retrieving that very basic information.

Hi Bill,

We installed Dashboard Goverence and we would like to add obeject to track dashboard usage by adding chart to see Unique users vs Total users when i select docname.

and also we would like to track either straight table or pivot table to see what are all the sheets selected at Docuname/User level.

I see document activity captured and corresponding user is Authenticated_User and how would and where i can get total users is it A_USER?
