License type in system monitor - Qlik Community

I could see Licence type as none for few users in system monitor, but the do have User CALs as well.

What do you mean by none in license type.

Hi,

This happens when a user session time out, and they come back to it and reconnect. It appears that the session is log correctly by QVS on the first connection, but when it starts the reconnection it loses the auth information and the document timestamp also. So, this isn’t anyone connecting to you system that shouldn’t be.
