Error Saving - Application Hang with Qv.exe

Hi everyone,

We just upgraded to Q.11 from Q.09 and we are experiencing a problem with loading an app that worked with fine with version 9. It use to take a few minutes to save the reload of data, now its taking 6 hrs to reload.  Any ideas where to start!... I have error logs included here...

Additional Information:  It appears that when we limit the query to just pull a sub set of the data it works fine and there is not errors generated.  When we include the entire data pull is when we get the application hang. It will not let us save the qvw file from either the developer tool on the server or through publisher.

Operating System:  Windows 2008 R2

Memory:                    32 gb

Hardware:               HP 64-bit CPU E5-2640 @2.50 GHZ (2 processors)

Yes i did resolve this issue. I created and new shell or blank QVW in version 11 and copied the tabs and code into the new qvw shell from the old qvw.

Apparently the QVW we were trying to run, which was created in version 8.5 was not totally compatible with version 11. That App was created in version 8.5 and upgraded to version 9. There were properties in that app that would hang the QV.exe when we tried to run it and save it.

Because mine was only developed on the Qlikview 11.
