CAL can be expanded as Client Access Licences. There are four types of licences.
1. Document CAL: Allows one user to open one document and licence is associated with document and user.
2. Names user CAL: This will be based on user and machine identity, using this user can access unlimited docs on one qlikview server.
3. Session CAL: Allows one user to have access to one qlikview session. not tied to a user or machine. This will be assigned on first come first serve basis.
4. Usage CAL: Allows one user to have access to one qlikview document/session for 1hr over 28 days.
