cmd - execution with a button

Hi,

I need help. I have a copy script (it's a cmd file) and I would like to press a button in a qlikview application and then the cmd file should execute.

Is that possible with QlikView?

Try this:

Button - > Action -> External -> Run Macro

Now possibly, in the macro you would like to call the cmd file.

Dear Kumar,

If you have a exe or batch file, you better user LAUNCH action under external actions. Here you can directly refer your file to be executed.
