Adding 2 columns at the end of chart Pivot table

I am trying to add 2 column to the right of a pivot table . where the data is pivoted by Month-Year.I don't want to add 2 dummy dimension in the month-YR list.Is there any other way .Please help

You can't add it at the end. You can add it at the beginning after Section as a calculated dimension. See attached example.

somehow the SUM function is not working.only count and aggrr. are working

Then you're probably trying to sum a field that doesn't contain numbers. A sum should work just fine with numbers. See attached updated example.
