Not able to install qlikview 11.0 64 bit on Windows 2003 Terminal server

Hello Everyone,

I am having trouble installing qlikview 11.0 64 bit on a W2k3 service pack2 terminal\citrix server.  When I run the install, i receive the below msi installer prompt, and cannot complete the installation.   I checked the server an it as .net 4.0 64 bit version and version 4.5 msi installer.  I've tried to run the qlickview executable through command line using msi commands but not luck.  Please advise if you have seen this issue before and how you have resolved it.

Thank you in advance.

When you try to install with double click inQlikViewDesktop_x64Setup.exe, do you receive the same screen?

Try to use this sequence if you receive the same

1. Open Prompt Command

2. Type: change user /install

3. Type: QlikViewDesktop_x64Setup.exe

4. After install, type: change user /execute

When you try to install other product do you receive the same error?

Try to install Qlikview in the Server Console.

Yes, I am able to install other products without any issues.  I tried it from the server console as well and that did not work.  I was able to extract the content of the executable but not sure if running the msi will install the application properly. I don't have a test server to test it on so i have to see what support comes back with.

Yes, the MSI will install everything for you.
