Host the QlickView application?

I'm new to qlickview,I install both qlickview desktop and qlickview server in same machine,but i couldn't abble use qlickview management console when qlickview

management console click it shows  as bellow

"Unable to connect  "

"Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:4780."

please  give me solution that will be very usefull beacuse I'm in the beging stage.

Check in qlikview management console that are services is running.

If not then go to services and start all qlikview services.

Also check in local desktop whether the port 7443

enabled (MSTSC login)
