Hi,
I have a collumn with ID's (numbers). When I present those in the table I need to somehow make them either looked mask'ed or put some whatever random text/color/numbers/something instead.
and can it be done on the presentation level ?
(not in the script level).
any idea how to do that?
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
Scramble the content by using the Document ->Properties -> Scrambling -> Select the Field and press Scramble button.
This replaces the actuals with some other values.
Hope this helps you.

Jagan.
yes, it is possible in presentation level
ok, how?
can u elobrate detaily, what u require with Example
Hi if u want to change the names or mask in the charts or tables.
whenever u add a dimenion or expression,u get as "+" try to expand that
u have options for changing the color or text, background color ,change it to either bold, italic, underline.
that can be done,if u are looking for something different post a sample file and what exactly u want to change..
ok.
I have a collumn with IDs (numbers):
i.e.
Collumn #1
1111
1112
1113
1212
1313
1143
when I need to present that in the table. I need to mask those IDs. replaced with anythihng there instead.
so it would look something like:
Collumn #1
asdff
32232
****1
did this have any conditions on that column ? or entire column has to be mask ? or certain ID need to mask?
