'Qva' is undefined - URGENT

Hi,

We get the below error, when we try accessing Q10 from the access point, am I missing any setting? We have setup the server using a temp Q10 License...

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your reply. I have tried c:\Program Files\QlikView .

But i have no clue , how to check permissions ?
