Hi,

Yes, its possible by using Pivot table. You can take Customer and MonthYear as dimensions and Type A to D can be the expressions.

Hi ,

Thanx for the quick update .

Im actually trying to find out if Qlikview allows the Pivoting to be vertical as well ?

Currently i have the Pivot Table : Year and Customer (Dimensions) and Delivery Type (Expression), as well as the way you suggested but users not happy with this.

I guess they to use to Excel .

Great That Worked .

Is there a way to limit the dimension only to only return 'Delivery type A' and 'Delivery Type C'?

add a calculated dimension

if ("nameofyourfield" = 'Delivery Type A ' or "Nameofyourfield" =  'Delivery Type B', "NameOfYourField", null())

insert the name of your field wihtout the quotes and should work.

Hi,

From your example, I understand that, Delivery Type A and Delivery Type C are the expressions and Customer & Year are the dimensions. But from here what you are going to limit the dimensions.

I am sorry, I could not understand you correctly. Please explain me in detail.
