Loading .accdb header lines issue

Hi All,

I connected with OLEDB connection and also loaded contents but i faced one problem is

Header 1Header 2Header 3
DateFirst NameLast Name
231213abcghi
123123defjkl

In here I have header1 ,2,3 as my forst row as a header row and same thing remains when i load it in qlikview.

I also tried loading it into qvd and then loaded it again but same problem(i could do the transformations but was not able to make required line as header row)

I could didnt get header line option as we get in normal excel load.

Please guide me in gettin Date,First Name and Last Name as my header row .

Header1 as Date (and so on) with a preceding load - don't worked?

Can you check you have similar settings as attached?

Yes its a same setting.

Like you have field names getting loaded, I have F1,F2,F3 and so on because i have main field names in 3rd or 4th row.

You could build from the first and second row a mapping table (perhaps per cross table or in a loop) and use this table for a rename-statement.

rename table (using mapname | altername to neuername { , altername to neuername } )

Hi Saumya,

Are you sure that you have date in MS Acccess (accdb) properly defined? If you can see data in MS Access as in attached, you should not have any problem in Qlikview Loading.

First One is Table View and second on is Design View on MS ACCESS
