Erro ao Recarregar (Reload schedule)

Tenho 5 arquivos QVW, sendo que 4 deles são para conectar e extrair dados do banco de dados, gravando os arquivos QVD. O outro apenas lê os QVD´s gerados para exibir os dados.

Quando recarrego na mão, pelo Qlikview Personal, vai tudo sem problemas.

Entao criei os agendamentos para que a recarga fique automatica, mas tenho os erros abaixo tanto quando peço para executar (play), quanto executa pelo agendamento.

Sim, cliente e servidor mesmas versões.

Veja, o problema aparentemente nao é na conexao, pois eu tenho outro qvw que lê apenas os QVD, nao fazem conexao ao banco, e o erro é idêntico. (erro somente quando a execução eh feita pelo Task).

abaixo no log do qvw, na ultima linha perceba que ele da como FINISHED.

Da uma conversada com a Sua MasterSeller Eles devem estar ciente desse Bug e vão te auxiliar como fazer Update da versão, ta muito parecido com que vi reclamando aqui.

No artigo falam da tarefa ficar como "pendente" e no log esta como concluída. Não é o meu caso.

Puxa, essa é a 1a e única versão que instalei, nem sei como são liberadas as atualizações, onde as encontro,  se aplico em cima da atual ou precisa reinstalar do zero, poderia me ajudar ?

Que dureza, tarefa simples e comum de fazer, ja perdi 3 dias tentando achar o problema, fiquei preocupado agora quando me deparar com problemas mais complexos, melhor acender uma vela, rs.

tava pensando ,faz um pequeno teste, esse Qvw que esta dando problema seria o Doccument que faria a leitura do que você extraiu da base de dados certo?

Notei que erro mudou na verdade (ou não?)

entao....são 2 tipos de document...o primeiro mais simples, conecta no servidor de banco de dados e apenas gera as QVD. durante a execução ocorre erro abaixo (apenas quando executado pelo Task)

Realmente é estranho, o ideal é sempre utilizar as ultimas atualizações da versão para garantir que não é um bug corrigido.
