MY Publisher not running any task Please Help

Hi ,

I have Qlikver server having both QVS , QV Publisher on it.i did change IP Address of the Server after that my publisher not running any task it show running on all the task her is task log of one of them

Hi,

Double check that the account running the services is OK and has the password all right and is added to the local Administrators group of the server. Since you have changed something in the OS, you may need to log on to the Server with that account to make sure everything works.

Thanks for reply i didn't change user and password of the current administrator user which was used for installation .All the service running.i restarted system several time butt all in vain.can i repair publisher server with current version installed on server or upgrade to latest version please advice

Hi,

You can upgrade to the latest version if your license is up to date. Anyway, if the issue happened when you changed the IP address in a production server without stopping services, what you may need to make sure everything is working correctly is to fresh reinstall the software.

HI Miguel ,

I solved problem i don't know some one change and set  the administrator user password "User must change password after login" which created problem .now all the task working . thanks for you advice.
