Anonymous access with SBE

Hi,

We have a SBE server set up with NTFS authorizations.

We would like to make some QlikView application accessible on a computer installed in the middle of a plant. The point is that this computer is always open and nobody does log in with any windows account.

Does someone has an idea about how to answer this scenario?

As far as I know, anonymous access is prohibited on SBE.

Hi Christophe,

I think the only solution is to create a domain account for that computer with a QV named license assigned. But I don't know if license policy of QV allow you to to that.

Anonymous access is not possible with SBE, you need a session or a usage CAL for that.

You could set it up to use always the same user, for example you can use the user logged to that computer if it's in the domain.
