Hi,
I have a problem with one of my QlikView apps that has been in use for a while in a productive dpt. (who view it in the IE):
=> They cannot print the pdf reports attached to the app anymore.
What I could find out up to now is the following:
- It is possible to select a report from the corresp. dropdown menu
- The printing window opens just like it should
- That toolbar with the printing-icon appears at the bottom of the window
<=> When they print, there are two things, either of which happens:
- Nothing happens at all
- The window becomes grey and the computer freezes
<=> What's strange: Anything else opened or edited on that same computer can be printed.
<=> When I open the app in the client version of QlikView, I can print all three reports just fine.
Does anyone have enough experience with this to tell me what might be the reason for this?
