Hi all,

I am new to QlikView. Can anyone please share the steps to transfer process of Qlikview Licence from one user to another in case of both Named cal and Doc cal?

You would have to shut off "Dynamic CAL assignment" to prevent users from taking a Named license. From the Named License list, you could delete the user and in 24 hours the Named CAL would be added back to the pool.

Then assign whatever number of document CALs needed for the document.

I am facing the same type of issue.

Suppose i have two users A,B

User A have predefined named cal license.

I want to delete A from the list and assign A 's authority to B

Please let me know the steps...

Please help me it is urgent request.

Hi,

Follow the below steps:-

1 . Remove the name of User A from the List. If you have more CAL then the user than you can add User B at same time but if you don't have more CAl than you have to wait for 24 hour.

After completion of 24 hour license History of the user will get deleted and after that you can add the user B in the List.
