CAL Licenses have disappeared from server

CAL Licenses have disappeared from server. Also shared files have disappeared.

Does anybody knows a solution for it?

Do you have a backup of your *.PGO files (they are in you root folder) ?

If you have the backup, try to restore the PGO, restart the QVS

and restore.SHARED files.

Hi.

Thank you for your answer. We have already localize the problem. Is the bug 63724. It happens when someone tryes to license a desktop against the server and the desktop has weird characters in its name, or something like that.

Replacing pgo is just a fast cure that I'm not sure is gonna work since those pgo files are being overwritten constantly.
