Problem with Mobile Client - Error!: null - /scripts/GetTicket.asp

QlikView Server: 8.50.06299

Mobile Client: 1.00.00001

Mobilephone: Nokia N97

Mobile Client > Settings > Auth Url: Is this supposed to be empty?

I keep getting Error!: null when I try to connect to our QlikView Server.

When I check the Client debug log and IIS log I see that the client is trying to access /scripts/GetTicket.asp which isn't present in the scripts folder.

Any suggestions?

I got the same error with QlikView mobile 3 on my Nokia 5800 .

Any ideas ?

Hi

The mobile client does not support QlikView 8.5, you need version 9.0, preferably SR3.
