How to order pivotable

I have a PivotTable with dimensions states, Establishment, Category, Product Unit and in that order, and an expression Value billed.

I would like to order the establishment of the text itself (exemple: 001, 002, 003) and from category to sort by price billed.

exemple: State - 001 - CATEG03 - 50,000

                                 CATEG01 - 8000

                                 CATEG50 - 2000

                         002...

Hi, in the sort tab you could set establishment as first dimension and set sort by text A-Z

Then you have to write an expression to sort the category by price billed.
