Access Point No Connection?


Hi All,

Till yesterday, my Access Point was running fine and Users were able to launch application. But suddenly today, when I am clicking on any application listed in Access Point, its showing the below message.

I am able to log in to Access Point with my credentials and able to see the list of aplications. But Apps are not getting launched.

What could be the reason and how to fix it?

Hi,

Try after restarting  the Qlikview server.

Try to restart Qlikview Server Services and look in your configurations if your Qlikview Server is configured correctly to your Qlikview Web Server in

QMC > System > Setup > Qlikview Web Servers > Access Point > Server Connections
