Internet Explorer Problem

Hi,

When we are trying reach access point this error appearing our explorer ;

We thought explorer can't take login information for this account. This account has been assigned on the qvs.

We also try to open on mozilla firefox. We could reach with that .

So, is there any explanation for this problem.

Have you check if the Qlikview-related services are all up and running?
