Custom Users Disappear on QMC

We have recently had an issue where all of the users in the custom user list have disappeared in the QMC. Everyone can still access the Qlikview apps that they have assigned access (so the xml file must be fine). The issue is when attempting to add new users, the following pop-up message occurs and the users cannot be added (or current user details amended).

Looking at other posts it would seem that amending some of the .config files can fix the issue; however, that has not worked in this instance.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Try with,

Change in the file C:\Program Files\QlikView\Management Service\QVManagementService.exe.config:

<add key="MaxReceivedMessageSize" value="262144"/> to

<add key="MaxReceivedMessageSize" value="2621440"/>

Restart QVManagement Service
