Urgent Help required..Problem with Server Qlikview Performance through Access Point..

Following are the details of my application and it is very very on access point. Pl help..

1) Size of Application -- 26 GB

2) RAM of Server - 256 GB

3) No. of concurrent users --10

Is your app compressed? What´s the size of your uncompressed app?

The recomended RAM is 4x(Size of QVW) + 10% for each aditional user

Application is not compressed. We are using QV 11 SR1 and i am trying to open application throght access point.

As per your formula I have enogh RAM but still Application is slow. My machine is having 2GB RAM? is that matters?

Try to isolate issues. First open your app using Menu "Open in Server" and checks if is still slow
