The QlikView Administrator group should be created by default when you install the QlikView server. If the group have not been created, please try to repair the installation.

I'm assuming you mean the Windows group? If so, on the server go to Server Manager and in the left hand side navigation page expand Configuration then expand Local Users and Groups. Click on Groups folder. In the centre pane click any blank space and select New Group.

EDIT: Server Manager is found under Administrative Tools

I'm not totally familiar with Windows 2012 but this link gives some info ..

At the bottom it mentions about it being different on the Domain Controller. Could this be the reason for you?

Hi, I've posted a link to a Microsoft site with more info but it's going through moderation. There's info on there about if you are on a domain controller that the location is different. Is this true for you?

" In the case you want to add any account to the local Administrator group on the domain controller machine, just open Active Directory Users and Computer."

If it IS a domain controller then if you are using version 9 or higher then it won't work. As Hampus has said, the group should be already created during installation.
