Unable to export to Excel from QlikView

Hi,

Our users are trying to export Qlikview charts to excel and get 'Page not found' error. Is this some setting in excel or something on the QlikView side?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you,

Viral

Some questions

  • are you using Ajax or the IE plugin
  • how many rows are you exporting to excel

What version of QV and excel do you work? If you have a chart, you can (workaround) take a shot (and then shooting) to screen.

I would also suggest checking in QMC that the following setting is enabled (print and export to excel) Access to the correct people within the business needs to set. In my example below its set to all users, but in your version I would set this by group or by users.

Hope it helps?

If you are using Ajax as client I usually check if the QlikView server is in Trusted Sites on the client.
