Hi,
I have a problem in the QlikView Management_console:
- On the tab "Documents", I cannot see any - the frame is empty.
- When I enter "rgb1*" in the search_bar and hit "Enter", I get the message
>>> "Failed to retrieve document list from the specified QVS" <<<
Can you tell me what could be the reason for this? Some problem with the Active_Directory, would be my guess?
<=> We access that using the QlikView-User we have created ourselves and it's password which does not expire.

Sorry, but I suppose the first things to check are:
Have you restarted the qlikview services?
The folder settings of the qlikview server are right?

I will ask my superior, he can restart the services. But I guess that he has checked that - well, I will ask.
The folder settings (as set in the Mgmt_console) - well, those have surely not changed since last Friday (no one opens the Mgmt_console on weekends, only my superior is in on Sat. and could do that and he won't unless there is, and they were all right then...
P.S.: I asked my superior now - he can view an overview of all the Processes on the Server - but acc. to that, they are all running! There is none to restart. We don't know what would be the exact process that the Mgmt_console depicts as having a problem.
