PDF Report created in QV is coming out in huge size(in Mbs)

Hi Team,

I hope many of you would have had this kind of issue, where tried creating a PDF report by dropping some chart and object and it start coming out in size which cannot be circulated.

Need help as how to reduce the size of the PDF generated from the qlikview. Plesae suggest if any inputs required from my end...

Hi,

One is to make sure you are reducing the data before the report is printed. I can see if you have a tables that has a large number of rows causing the issue.

If you generate PDFs look in all generators/printers for these options.

Check your Postscript settings. Print no texture use a plain color which is printed as one color not as texture. Print text as text.
