AccessPoint Page Not Found

We have just upgraded our QlikView Server from V9 to V11 (latest version just downloaded today).  Everything went smoothly.  After rebooting the server, checked the services and made sure they restarted and they did.  Opened QMC and saw the tasks and license allocation was migrated.  But when we open Access Point we get a 404 Page Not Found error message.  The server setup is pretty straight forward.  We use QV web server, not IIS.  Server is windows 2008 SR2.  What else could cause this problem?

Thanks for the help.  But discovered that the install was done on a different drive than the original install and not all of the paths in the setting file got updated correctly and folder permissions weren't correct.  We uninstalled and reinstalled on the same drive and it works fine now.

Hi Charlie,

Have you opened port 4747 and checked its not blocking communications?

Thanks Steve

Is this a single box installation? That is are all services on one box? Are you opening access point from the server or from client machine? Are all services in the QMC running? Sometimes they may not be shown as running in the QMC although the actual services are in fact running.

Hi,

The URL has changed from version 9 to 11. Make sure you are using http://localhost/qlikview.
