My web reports are not working

Hi, We used to execute reports in Qlik View and since yesterday they stop working. I receive a message that is printing and nothing more happens.

I did not change anything in my infrastructure.

It doesn´t work with Chrome and either with Internet Explorer with the last plug in installed

I have QV11 version 11.20.11922 SR2

I´ve tried to restart the services but didn´t helped me too

The pop ups are not blocked

Any idea please?

Hi Robson,

Check and make sure Print Spooler service is running. Some IT staffs are disabling on servers.

The icon of your printer shows up into your bottom toolbar?

Hi, the printer is ok and if I execute the report directly on the server, it works.

No, I cannot see any printer icon. The image is this only:print report.jpg

It is a windows server 2008 R2 Enterprise. I´ve installed Qlik View with AJAX that cames with it. My environment is all Microsoft based in Windows. Is that enough?

Sorry. The printer icon does not appears in the bottom.
