in management console its telling All Services are Down

i have re installed my OS and again re installing the Qlikview server after installing while am trying update the licence in management console its telling All Services are Down.Any body can explain me a the issue and solution for this..?

Did u restarted the server? After installing it´s better to restart it instead starting services

Hi, nelson is right try first restart the server and then try to up all the qlikview server
