How many DSCs I can configure? Is it harm or good to have more DSCs configured?

As many as you want, in theory.

But, when setting up QDS you can only choose one for the QDS to communicate with.

So you have to be sure you "use" the right one, if they are not replicated for a failover.

If one goes down, you have to manually go in and set it to another one.
