IP address not captured in Session Log

Hi,

We are unable to capture client desktop IP address in Qlikview Session.log file. It captures my windows server IP address instead of users machine IP address

We are using Qlikview 11.0 SR2 64 bit windows 2008

Kindly reply to resolve my problem

Thanks for reply, but i cant send you full log file due to client data security policy.

but here I am sending you some records for session log file in attached excel file.

Hey,

got response from QT Support:

When you login through Ajax Client you are open through QlikView WebServer (or IIS) to the Access Point.
IP address will be shown in QlikView WebServer log.

With QlikView Desktop Client > Open in Server or QV IE Plugin you login through QlikView Server.
IP address will be shown in QlikView Server > Session Log.

So there is no issue here.

Where can i found webserver logs. I am using Qlikview Webserver.

I have found session, performance, audit and event logs.

Did you mean utilazation logging..?? In that also i have not fount IP address.
