Unable to see task log file in management console

Hi,

For some of qvw documents I am unable to see log file in managament console.

Status-->Tasks-->Show task details-->Log

However log file is creating in c:\QlikTech\DistributionService\1\Log directory.

Could any one please help me on this issue.

did you find the answer to this?  We have a client where some of their users see the log task details coming and going.  It flashes then goes away.  Not sure if it is their environment.

No.

We have replaced new document then it was fine. And check size of log file as well. If the size is more we cannot see log file in managament console.

small log file, our problem is that it just comes and goes as the user is viewing it in the show task details section. Only happens to a couple admin users. Very odd
