Printing Gauge Images

Hi community,

We currently have a BSC with gauges however, when we try and print, the image is replaced by the "<<image>>" text. Is this normal?

Sushil, the image below is what we can see from the web-client. I smudged the context for disclosure reasons.

the next image is what is printed albeit, the screen popped up when pressing the print button on the top right hand side of the web-client graph.

Notice all the gauges have been replaced with the word <<image>>.

Any ideas?

Did anyone ever find a solution for this problem because I am having the same issue.

Hi Lisa, sorry I didn't see your message. The only way I've managed to get it to work is to use the IE plugin rather than the standard browser.
