Hi,

we're facing strange problem.

we can lease license from the QV server(remote machine) on the local systems but can't do so from the QV desktop installed on the same machine as the QV server.

It always shows 'You are running Qlikview Personal Edition'

Any idea how to solve this ?

what kind of cals do you have available in the license for QVS?

Go file -> Open in Server ->

type

qvp:// 100.0.7.11 <-------------- Server IP

How are you logged into the server? It would be that your account has already leased the limit.
