Does anyone have an SVG map of the UK Counties

The file that comes with the SVG Map extension just seems to cover the larger "regions" of the UK.

Check out wikicommons on Wikimedia Commons they have lot's of svg resources. You probably would have to change the id of the paths in the svg to be easier to use.

For example the svg might have a ID such as 0221 which you might want to convert to a short name for your county.

A good tool to change ID's of shapes inside a svg is Inkscape which is open source.
